The hotel was brand-new and the staff was extremely friendly. Non-smoking updated room with a fairly clean bathroom. Fairly clean venue with a very central location close to many restaurants and shopping. Late check-out. Everything perfectly fine.

Place was clean, everything was great. The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a pretty nice area, very close to downtown as well as the park, zoo and university. The service was friendly and the staff was very very helpful and really kind.
